For the Sri Lankan Food Festival hosted at the vibrant Pullman New Delhi Aerocity, we brought to life the rich flavors, sights, and soul of Sri Lanka through immersive styling and thoughtfully curated décor.

Held at one of Delhi NCR’s most contemporary luxury hotels, this week-long festival transported guests to the island nation — blending traditional culinary artistry with a modern, upscale ambiance that Pullman is known for.

🥥 Island-Inspired Styling & Decor
We transformed the hotel’s dining spaces into a tropical paradise, using elements such as palm fronds, woven textures, lanterns, and traditional Sri Lankan motifs. Handcrafted table accents, cane baskets, and vibrant floral arrangements added authenticity, while subtle lighting created a warm and welcoming glow.

🌶 A Celebration of Flavors
Working in harmony with Pullman’s culinary team and visiting Sri Lankan chefs, our design language reflected the key ingredients of the cuisine — from the fiery reds of spices to the deep greens of banana leaves and the golden warmth of coconut-based dishes.

🎭 Cultural Immersion Through Design
The event featured traditional art displays, curated cultural props, and thematic signage written in Sinhala and Tamil-inspired fonts. A highlight was the photo booth styled like a Sri Lankan beach shack, encouraging guest interaction and social media sharing.

🎵 Multi-Sensory Experience
We enhanced the ambience with background audio featuring coastal rhythms and traditional instruments, rounding out the sensory experience for guests and creating a true “holiday in the city” vibe.

📸 Brand-Aligned & Instagrammable
As always, Sumaroh designed the festival to be highly photogenic, with content-ready corners for guests to click and share. Every design element reflected Pullman’s global brand positioning while introducing the soulful aesthetics of Sri Lankan hospitality.
