The Delhi 6 Food Festival, hosted at the vibrant Food Exchange in Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, was a celebration of heritage, flavor, and old Delhi charm. Our team was brought on board to design a captivating visual narrative that transformed the venue into the bustling, colorful soul of Chandni Chowk — with a modern, luxury twist.

This event aimed to transport guests straight into the heart of Old Delhi, celebrating its timeless street food, narrow lanes, and lively bazaars — and we curated an atmosphere that delighted the senses and immersed every guest in nostalgia.

🍲 Immersive Themed Décor
Inspired by the character-rich lanes of Delhi 6, we styled the venue with vibrant textiles, vintage props, rickshaws, brass utensils, hanging lanterns, street-style signage, and traditional hand-painted boards. The entrance gave the feel of stepping into a classic Dilli street, setting the tone for a memorable culinary experience.

🕌 Cultural Touchpoints & Art Installations
To deepen the experience, we included live mehndi counters, calligraphy backdrops, traditional musicians, and handcrafted decor elements sourced from local artisans. Each corner was Instagram-worthy, thoughtfully designed to encourage sharing and enhance visibility.

🎉 Coordinated Food Zones & Signage
Our decor layout was strategically planned to guide guests through curated food zones featuring Chaat Gali, Kebab Street, and Mithai Bazaar — complete with branded food stalls, theme-consistent signage, and ambient lighting to tie it all together.

🎨 Branded Visual Identity
Working closely with Novotel’s F&B team, we integrated their branding into the décor with custom Delhi 6 menu boards, table-top branding, staff uniforms, and welcome standees — keeping the visual language cohesive and impactful.
